Eldera is solving the loneliness epidemic by connecting vetted adults 60+ with youth 6-17 through AI-enabled mentoring. As co-founder and design lead, I've built the entire design function from concept through partnership with the State of California, defining brand strategy, leading product development, and executing go-to-market campaigns. I designed core experiences including the proprietary AI Chaperone safety system, member onboarding, and admin tools while aligning executive stakeholders and driving fundraising efforts. The platform has facilitated 170K+ mentorship hours, achieved 94% mentor conversion, 72% retention at 12 months, and secured official partnership status with California's Master Plan for Aging.
