Led brand and product design for Lumosity Mind, transforming a prototype into a market-ready mindfulness app in three months. Through discovery workshops and user research, I defined positioning and designed a cohesive visual system and UX/UI that unified product and marketing while extending Lumosity's ecosystem. The launch delivered immediate traction: 20% increase in daily active users on day one, 80% growth within 30 days, 1.7K in-app purchases in the first week, and seven App of the Day features.
